Serendipity Farm & Vine Project Start Up

By Scott Hamele

OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS – SEP 3, 2019 – We are happy to again be working alongside Terry Tevis, owner of Tevis Architects. We are grateful that Terry introduced us to Amy Roberts who is the proud new owner of a stunning 20 acre property near 183rd and Mission Road in Stillwell, KS. Amy’s dream of owning and running a Vineyard and Event Space venue will soon to be a reality.  Amy has hired Construction DesignWorks to be her General Contractor to covert a multi-building equestrian center to event spaces with a county charm along with a tasting room for the new wine vineyard. Preliminary work is already underway!

“Serendipity Farm & Vine is Johnson County’s newest vineyard, tasting room, art studio, and event space. Located just east of the Overland Park Arboretum in Stillwell, Kansas, we are excited to share our small slice of heaven with you. We love nature, time with family and friends, and the bounty of northeast Kansas. Join us for a glass of wine, an art class, or one of our special events planned throughout the year. We would love to host your wedding ceremony, reception, or private event at one of our gorgeous, light-filled event spaces. Accepting reservations now for events starting in March 2020.” – Amy Roberts, Founder
