Integrity Home Care hires CDW for Design + Build Services

Integrity Home Care ‘IHC’ of Springfield & Independence, MO recently contracted with Construction DesignWorks to begin the design-build process for their new location in Lee’s Summit, MO.  This project will consist of a complete renovation of a 15,000sf building on NE Ralph Powell Road.  Many thanks to Greg Bates @ Marcus & Millchap for locating and brokering the building acquisition.

Highlights of the renovation will be a new 3,000sf mezzanine level, high open ceilings and a state-of-the-art data network.  The DESIGN TEAM consists of Scott Hamele, Scott Balentine & Lauren Perez @ CDW.  Architectural services provided by Craig Serig @ Momenta Architects.  MEP design by Erik Knudsen @ BC Engineers.  Strucural engineering services by Steve Carroll @ Bob D. Campbell & Co.
